One of our top priorities is for all MVPers to complete the program–by A) showing up to each gathering and B) gaining practical knowledge and experience in doing so.
In keeping with this, we require a refundable deposit of $180 for each MVPer. This deposit will be returned after the conclusion of the MVP session as long as the MVPer attends/participate in 4 of 5 total gatherings and 3 Sunday Circles.
At the conclusion of this MVP session, we will reach out to confirm how you would like the refund. We will make 2 attempts to reach you. If we do not hear back after our 2nd attempt, we will take it that you would not like a refund: we will process the deposit as a donation to Philly Friendship Circle, and send you a (very grateful) “thank you” and receipt for your donation. If this presents any financial hardship, please let us know right away, by emailing our team: info@phillyfriendship.com. We will ensure that all families can participate.
If an MVPer does not attend/participate in at least 4 of the 5 total gatherings, the deposit will not be refunded. You may make your deposit now! (Ultimately, we require your deposit by the DAY OF the first gathering, Jan 13.)
